Once the correct bands were selected, customer service assisted with the swap, even replying to an email on Christmas Day, and the new bands were shipped insanely quick. What an amazing enhancement to my partners new 10. Wish I had a photo but the strap totally suits the smaller apple 10, high quality, and the nude makes the whole package really delicate and classy. Easy to slip on and would suit most ladies wrists. One for the album! Great work!!!!

Badly designed knotted all the time had to get needle to-untangled every time, caught and pulled on threads of blouse and shirts could not wear any other bracelets near it
