I really like it! I exchanged a small carrier for a medium. Also, Innocent Armor was accommodating in allowing me to purchase large carrier for when I bundle up with heavier clothing.The armor inserts fit all three of these carrier sizes—a nice deal. In my case, the size just ran a bit small. This company has most courteous and prompt service that I have ever encountered. Congrats! There should be an award.
