Rich, creamy, easy to rinse out, great scent and dogs coat shiny and skin comfortable. Quite pricey though but you only need a tiny amount

Fabulous product. The only shampoo we have found that suits my sensitive skin dog. This is the fourth bottle we have had and it’s amazing. Smells great too. The customer service is beyond 5* and the presentation and packaging is lovely. We even got a couple of treats thrown in. Very much appreciated by Otis.
