This is my first time ordering as all of the other growers have dramatically increased their prices. Very pleased with the price and most importantly, the quality of the pecan.

Baking

I recently made a Rum Cake using the chopped pecans. Although it's not recommended that pieces be toasted these were good size pieces so I toasted them anyway. Worked up just fine. The Rum Cake was a success and the pecan topping was delicious.
