Beautiful Supplement to the Raw Living Lifestyle and Spirituality

I'll admit I haven't finished this book yet, but I still wanted to leave a review on what I had. This is one of those books that has so much insight in it, you can't just read it in one sitting. I've just read a couple chapters, and have been sitting with them letting the percolate. It is divided up really clearly, so you are able to just dip in and dip out depending what you need a little bit of guidance on. I came onto this website a few years back to purchase one hard to find item, and have stayed for years, and part of that is because of the lovely items you can't get elsewhere. But another part of that is because it also promotes the whole lifestyle of raw living (like it says on the tin!). I feel like this book is the embodiment of that, and I actually wish I'd purchased it sooner. Reading Kates words is like reading my own thoughts, except a bit more eloquent and wiser through her own time following this path. Are where the thoughts aren't similar, it makes me think and view the world a bit more differently through another person's lens. She is direct, clear, but never 'holier than thou' , which is what I have found from a lot of other spiritual writers/group leaders. For me, Kate has cracked it, cause when you manage to reach that high vibration, you realise you aren't better than anyone and we are all in this together, so lets help one another reach our full potential! That's been the sense I get from Kate with all of her work, and I'm really excited to read the rest of the book.

Just buy it!

This book is very readable, quite a quick read and contains a large amount of information in digestible form. It pulled together lots of well-being and ascension threads for me and introduced some new perspectives. I highly recommend it.
