Honestly, I bought this little power band as a throw-in to barely sneak into a better deal. So, I didn't really use it for awhile, but once I did I was really pleased. It's the lowest of the power bands, so I'm finding it useful for those smaller muscle groups. Seeing how easy to use they are, I might have to add higher resistance power bands.
