Purchase on line went well and no problems. However the process to track delivery of the product is unacceptable at present. Right now you are forced to install another app to track delivery and this is a needless complication. This is a new procedure and in my opinion is unnecessary. I’m am not a tech whizord and although I love the product, this will likely cause me to not buy it in the future from the Thann Store.
