Rollease R-Series Clutch for Exterior Use

Poor quality control

I purchased two clutches and drove 22 miles to install them for a customer. One clutch worked fine, but the other was frozen and would not function properly. I was baffled as to why Rollease didn't bother to test their product before shipping it. Although they agreed to send a replacement, it will cost me more time and gas to drive back to the job site. I suggest that this company test each product before shipping.
