Out of scale

The plastic German passengers are simply of a different scale than other Warlord passenger models. i understand that it is "heroic scale" and not always equal to 1:56. I understand that passenger models may be different size than infantry models. But in this case these plastic passengers are 20% taller than metal passengers from the same product line. They look particularly weird when seated side by side. Otherwise, they look great and I do like having more plastic options.
