Amazing book

The book explains investing concepts very well and tries to teach you how to think as an investor. It's not scoped to just real estate, but investing in general. It introduces a lot of performance metrics and dives into calculations with lots of examples. I would recommend it to any investor.

Where has this been all of my investing life???

Great Book for new and seasoned investors. I’ve been investing for 13 years and have read over 100 books on real estate. This book is the best resource on the formulas of real estate, and what they mean, that I have read. Thanks J. and Dave and Bigger Pockets for putting this one out for the benefit of investors everywhere.
