I'm a 9.5 and bought a size 40 and they fit great.

I bought two of this style. One as a Christmas present and one for myself. True to size. Although I thought the foot bed would be a little softer for a slipper (like my Orbyt Gloss sandals). It's a bit firmer than I expected. Overall, they have still proven to be comfortable.

Nice but runs small

I purchased these on clearance so I can’t return them due to very small toe-box. Also “fur” on inside is very slippery. I’ve almost fallen a couple times bc of this.
