This item never arrived after almost 2 months. They sent it to the wrong state first, then finally sent it to to our state. We had to manage tracking across multiple carriers ourselves because backyard discovery couldn’t keep track of the handoffs. It was finally supposed to get delivered and the driver wouldn’t take it due to so much visible damage. We finally just requested a refund. So disappointing

This product was very nice once I got it put together! I had a piece of the tube slide that was busted and their customer support was awesome! Told them what I had found and they said they would ship me a new piece expedited shipping! Great product and customer service!! It does take about 24 hours and two people to get it put together!
