I've had substantial trouble with whitening products and other toothpastes over the years. I'm Type A and have a tendency to overbrush, which has led to gum recession among other things. I found changing to a soft bristle toothbrush especially hard until I found this toothpaste. I cannot live without it! Whenever I run out and am forced to use an alternative it is clear what a difference this has made, especially with my tooth sensitivity. I'm left feeling much more refreshed and clean, and am happy with a healthier, more sustainable product.
