I recommend Echinacea premium for minor cold symptoms. It really works especially when I have sore throat and beginning of cold, I take it and go to sleep and next day I feel great. I’ve been taking it regularly at cold season.

I’m taking this 2x a day and I feel great that environment of temperature keep changing. I used to get minor cold symptoms and sore throat easily but after adding echinacea, I don’t have any those symptoms.

Good so far

I am taking two others with it. I feel better in terms of energy, numbness, and pain. However, I am not sure if this due to that one or to the other two supplements. So far I have been taking them only once a day as I am fasting for long hours in the days. I will switch to 3 times in about ten days. Thank you so much for checking in.
