Japan Red Edition Pro Complete Wooden Fingerboard (34mm)

Initially, this fingerboard was excellent and felt high quality, but after only a couple of days the wheel bearings began to fail. Unfortunately, the aftersales support was extremely disappointing. While the company does respond, there was no genuine effort to resolve the issue. Rather than offering to replace the faulty bearings or wheels, the only solution given was to return the entire item for a refund. That’s not a realistic or customer-focused response—especially when this was a child’s new and most wanted gift. We specifically researched and chose this brand based on its reputation for quality, and the board itself does feel well made. However, the wheel bearings were clearly substandard, suggesting an underlying quality control issue. A company positioning itself as premium should be able to replace a faulty component rather than defaulting to a full return. Very disappointing experience overall.
