50 Dollar Money Lei - Choose 2 Colors

Horrible service. I received a box containing a can of dry shampoo instead of the $50 money lei that I ordered. Not only did my son not have a lei or graduation gift for his graduation, but the only assistance I received from your company was being told to file a claim with USPS. I followed your instructions and filed the claim, only to learn that USPS will reimburse me just $15—far less than the $112 I spent on this order. This situation was incredibly disappointing and stressful, especially given that it happened for such an important milestone in my son’s life. The package I received clearly did not contain the item I purchased, yet I have been left to absorb most of the financial loss. I would appreciate a resolution that reflects the full value of the order and the inconvenience caused by this error.
