So much of tennis is visualization and consistency. These notebooks help with both: gives a visual of (prospectively) what to work on; gives a visual of (retrospectively) what you worked on, and whether you felt you came close to that day’s goal. Goes beyond what a lined pocket notebook can offer. And as far as the notebook itself, it is well made, well planned, and thoughtful. Comes with a fancy velvet carrying pouch. I’ve made multiple purchases to give as gifts to playing friends who want to elevate their game.

Excellent and high quality products

Excellent. As a coach I’ve been encouraging journaling for a long time with limited success. However, with these journals, so much of the legwork is done already, and the kids can focus on basically filling in the blanks. The design of the product is amazing and it’s very high quality. I gave out something like 16 journals to students, and I’ve had 100% of them using it consistently already. Can’t recommend strongly enough!
