Straps ripped off

Really disappointed in these bags. I bought 3 and when you grab the bags you can hear the seams of the straps ripping. I only have pictures of 2/3 bags. The bags were not over packed and it was really disappointing. It had kid clothes and toiletries. I have had a Vera Bradley bag for 15 years and was hoping for something similar quality given similar cost. But was very disappointed in the poor quality. On top of that, I emailed them to see about making it right and they gave me a gift card for less than half the price of one bag, suggested getting it repaired myself, and being careful.

Absolutely love it! The size is bigger (and better IMO) than brands with similar options. Quality is excellent. Please, please make a garment bag to match!
