Good product but poor communication

I ordered my dried fruit, but received no order nor communication for 2 weeks.I had to call company twice before a rep told me of the back order on the chopped dates. I received my shipment packed very well. I just wish company would have been proactive in informing me of the extension ded delay in shipping & would have returned my 1st call as they promised. Having to make 2 calls to find out the status of my order after 2 weeks is not good customer service.
