Pooling Around

Color didn’t match the picture at all. Was a very dark maroon and not purple, barely any green from what I can see. When I contacted about returning was informed I couldn’t because it was wound from the skein which is something they offered. Did not see anything on the site that mentioned that the winding fee/service would void my return even though the yarn was never used and still wound as they sent to me.
