Hooray Saucier!

I wanted a dedicated saucier for some time. Got this in time to make a beautiful béchamel for Christmas dinner. Now I can whip up velvety sauces for (Hollan)daise! Buy this, you will not roux the day 😉

Thomas Keller did it again!

Amazing to see how this product arrived and the quality of the packaging, first class, used it twice, was surprised how much WARMER the food comes out of this pan vs. all my other 23 pans, WOW !Solid pan, solid construction, love the way the rivets are flush owth the inside pan, like the overall weight and balance of the pan as well! Easy to clean after may 2x usage. was hesitated due to the price, but wished now that I had a selection of these HESTAN pans vs. the popular top name brand I have been for over 15 years starting with a C
