Customer service
My sofa was delayed by 6 weeks, but the customer service representative refunded my shipping cost (which was significant) and that more than made up for it. Great customer service goes such a long way. The sofa is beautiful and worth the wait. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, few flaws
Delivery was excellent, but sad to see a few flaws in the velvet upon arrival, almost like cigarette burns but smaller, though not in very visible areas so we decided not to pursue any fix. The moss color and fabric were spot on. The seat is not as deep as I had thought because the back cushion is firmer and larger than expected, but overall a beautiful sofa.

Material really cheap and back pillow poor
It's a beautiful shaped couch, and the wooden legs are high quality but the fabric is terribly cheap and makes me regret the purchase. Having never written a review (good or bad) ever, it gives you an idea how I feel. I have a Mitchell and Gold couch in the same room also made of velour and this couch had worn poorly and attracts and gathers dust in a way the other velour couch does not. Also, the back pillow is also made really poorly leans out of the the couch and continually topples. Do not buy.
