Waffle Charcoal Grey Turkish Towel

Never answered my questions

I ordered 2 bundles of Waffle towels and only received 1 towel. They were very slow to answer my queries and never told me where the other towels went. Didn't apologize or tell me that they had sent the refund to paypal minus the one towel. I own Airbnb's and one towel is useless to me. My intention was to buy more but that won't happen.

Turkish towels

I bought 4 Turkish towels, 2 for use as towels & 2 as chair covers, perfect for both uses, lovely and soft even after a wash

Fluffy Waffle Towel

I was very excited to receive these towels, in the hope that Turkish cotton towels would not shed fluff like regular towels, but I have washed the towels 3 times on cold setting, then line dried, and finally put them into the dryer on cool setting. the timer wwas set for 30 minutes. I have done this 4 times and STILL my beautiful towels are shedding fluff. I would like to give a 5 star rating but feel compelled to be honest, as the towel fluff in the bathroom drives me nuts. Thank you .
