Package never arrived — very disappointing I ordered from HOTO, but I never received my package. The tracking information says it was delivered, but I did not receive anything at my doorstep. I contacted customer service because I need verification or proof of where the package was actually delivered, but this has been a frustrating experience. I expected better communication and delivery support from HOTO. Until my missing package is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

This will use all the time from tightening my glasses to tighten the little screws on my saxophone. It has every little Driver you can imagine.
