Pasture-Raised Pork Mince

This is the first time I bought Premium Pork Mince. Having the $20 discount is very helpful and appreciated by me on the Aged Pension… I also regularly buy the top quality and highly nutritious beef and liver mince, as well as the sausages. As for the pork mince, I am wanting to learn how and try to make myself a classic favourite! hamburgers 😋 and I am led to believe that it is the mixture of pork and beef that makes the patties taste so good.
