Very disappointed with my order. I purchased a pair of “new” boots, but they arrived clearly worn and scratched all over the soles. They look like they were used or returned by someone else before being shipped to me. I expected a brand new product, not boots in used condition. Hoping customer service makes this right.

I’m size 8.5 runs big . I ordered 8.0 just perfect for me. It looks beautiful

My favorite boots!

Not only are these super cute but they are really comfortable! I love that they are narrow in the calf. This is my second pair in this style. I have the brown too. Great boots!
