Don’t buy this pillow ,it’s so firm not comfortable

Hard as a rock!

Oh my goodness…this pillow is definitely cooling (the main reason I bought it), but it is hard as a rock! Supposedly there is a “softer” side, but I couldn’t find it…there is no discernible difference between the two sides of the pillow - both VERY firm and unwieldy. Disappointed.
