Low Chair - Polywood

Chairs very nice, but first set of 4 chairs arrived defective

The chairs are heavy and stable and fabulous once finally assembled. However, I ordered 4 and the first set all had the wholes not drilled to attached the back legs. I was sent to work directly with the distributor, Polywood, and it took weeks to get the defective chairs returned and replaced through that vendor. The process was very frustrating with no offer to discount price for all of the inconvenience.

This chair makes all the others jealous!

I tried this chair out at a pop up locally here in Phoenix and was sold the moment I sat down. I honestly had no idea that lawn chairs could actually be comfortable. I ordered 2 of these with the ottoman and they are lush. Building them requires some strength but once you have them put together they feel sturdy and strong and are the exact opposite of the plastic Adirondack Chairs in terms of aesthetic, easy clean, and comfort. These were worth the price absolutely. As an aside, I had a lot of trouble getting these actually delivered to my house. We had some weird issues with fedex and the wrong shipping address or something - this happened 3 times in the course of the purchase. Each time, I reached out to their customer service and was immediately helped via email. Neighbor made sure that my order was finally complete. I so appreciate the customer service attached to this.

We love it!

We absolutely love our new Neighbor Adirondack Chair! My favorite feature is how wide and roomy it is. Our kids are always piling in the chair with us when we gather around the fire pit so this will be perfect! It's incredibly well made and so beautiful! I love that we can keep it outside and not worry about the weather ruining it. We got the slate grey with an ottoman and it is so comfy to kick back in with my coffee in hand. We recently purchased a Neighbor sectional and this chair compliments it so well. Thank you for making a product that we will enjoy for years to come!
