RAS customer service is top notch. I ordered parts for my 2018 Raptor. After installing them I realized I need to move the bump stops towards the center of the truck, just a bit. I called Shawn in the sales department. We chatted, I emailed him photos. He offered me a complete refund due to not having bump stop spacers for my Raptor. Im quite stubborn and refuse to remove the RAS from my truck. I asked for the f150 bump stop spacers for the same year truck. I would modify if needed. Shawn sent them over to me, no charge. Turns out they are a perfect fit for the Raptor as well. 5 star customer service! Thanks Shawn
