Issue with weak lock

Hi I loved the bracelet when I first got it but I noticed an issue straight away, any fast movement would make the bracelet lock undo and come off my wrist . this continued to happen again and again I tried to make contact but never got a response as due to this issue I have now lost the bracelet. I would expect this with a cheap bracelet but I paid nearly £800.
