No customer service

There was a problem with my order and I wanted to make a return. Despite repeated emails, calls and voicemails to their customer care team, I did not receive a reply. I therefore did not return the order as I was not confident that I would receive a refund! Zero after sales customer service! I would not place an order with them again.
