It’s not where you start it’s where you finish ! This jacket was too small so I ordered next size up which drowned my pup ……. I complained to find that they had introduced a new Range and had increased range of sizes —- a new coat was dispatched with no postage and I was surprised to see a little gift also in the package - the coat is awesome and looks great - thank you to all @ Barc especially Sammi
