I purchased these for my Pilates class, and they have been a hit with my clients. They are of great quality and come with a convenient carrying bag, making it easy to take them with you on the go.

I have IT band issues and use the medium resistant band daily and had significant improvements within a few days. The band is robust and has a rubber strip finish on the inside so it doesn’t slide down while using it. Overall, I’m very happy and highly recommend it.
