See-through?

While the leggings are a nice silky fabric and a great length, I was rather shocked at how sheer they appeared to be as I pulled them out of the bag. To be fair they have not been tried yet, but I felt I would have to wear panties underneath; not suitable for a swimsuit. I actually ordered them as a gift, hoping my relative could modestly wear them over incontinence products but I'm not sure they will work
