Damaged / Missing Parts Poor Service, No response, Crickets.

I rarely ever give poor reviews, especially when I have ordered multiple products from your company over the years with no issues, but your service has been very poor with my recent order. Damaged during shipping, missing parts , sent multiple emails, made two phone phone calls with messages left and have received zero response from all avenues for over a week and half. Would love to speak with your company in an attempt to correct this, but communication needs to begin. Order # 7091. Would love to update review once call back/communication is received.

Rifle Hideaway

Very easy to cut foam and hang. Took me a minute to figure out how to hold it open while I was cutting foam. I just unscrewed the cords on the side and voila. Excellent product and great addition to my home. Will definitely buy from here again!!!
