Great read

Really enjoyed the content, some chapters felt rather long but I think that’s in part of knowing a good amount of the content ahead of time. Would suggest reading vs audiobook, but good overall!

Not just for the youngin’

I actually got the book for free after listening to an episode for people who are in their 50s. it was touted as a book mainly for young. I was pleasantly surprised because I learned new things about investing in real estate and how to get started. Since I started late in investing, I realize that to get to my FI number, I needed to do more. I’ve been hesitant to explore real estate because my philosophy was to be completely debt-free. However, this book changed my mind and made me realize that it’s not too late. It’s a book that provides people with tactical steps and doesn’t make it too complicated. Thank you for the book and for also a responding back with a personal email note! I thought I’d receive an automated note and to my surprise, Scott was the one who responded! I love bigger pockets and now listening to the real estate version of it! Thanks for all of the great tips!

Read this book ASAP

Even though the intended audience for this book is several decades younger than me, I still found it super helpful. So much so that I told my 20-something son he needs to read this asap!
