Dodge Ram 2500 2003 - 2014 HD Kit

08 ram 2500 4x4 6.7 cummins. Air bags and 2 inch heavy duty shackles. Valair heavy duty ceramic dual disc clutch. Had pretty bad axle wrap when driving empty and while towing my 10k lb travel trailer. Air bags were always right around 55 to 60 lbs. Almost 1400 lbs on the tongue. Wow! What a difference these made! I set them to 50% and adjusted the axle bracket 1 hole in. The ride is WAY better. Little to no axle wrap. When towing the air bags are now at 15ish lbs and very nice ride. Installation was a breeze. I would recommend these to anyone who uses their truck. I wish I would have installed these years ago.

Great product! Took the squat out of my Dodge 2500 when hooked up to my 24 ft trailer. Its a much better tow rig since the install.

I installed the hd kit on my 07 ram 2500. It pulls a 34 foot gooseneck flatbed that routinely hauls loads of over 20,000 lbs. I almost sold it to upgrade to a small semi but decided to try this suspension upgrade. So far I’ve only pulled a load of 13,000 lbs but the squat is substantially less and it does have a more stable ride. I also forget it’s on when driving empty because I don’t notice any rougher ride. I have it set just a little less then the heaviest setting. I can jam the 2 mil disc between the springs but I can’t slide them in but I will most likely increase the tension so the 2 mil disc fully goes between the springs since I see no downside to that. The bottom line is as of now I’m very impressed and it works as advertised.
