They don't make 'em like they used to

I first discovered the Puff in 2021 and it was love at first use -- it's been the only toy on my nightstand for years! I've repurchased numerous times (they last around a year for me) and always buy a couple when they are on sale "just in case". Unfortunately, the last 2 times I have purchased these, they just have not packed the same power I am used to. I even reached out to customer service because I thought I got a faulty unit. They were helpful and sent a replacement, but sadly the replacement is exactly the same. For me, what made the puff special was its powerful rumbly vibrations, since I find higher frequency "buzzy" vibrations to be numbing. Unfortunately, the new models are super buzzy and just don't do it for me. Sad to say goodbye to a faithful companion, but the new Puff just isn't for me.
