Customer service AMAZING, same day responses and can ship most brands via APO in a reasonable time frame…5/5. Will definitely make future purchases. As for the watch itself I’d give it a 4. 5/5, mainly because of the strap. From a functional/practical standpoint a leather lined strap on a travel diver is an odd choice, so the bracelet version would be better if you’d want this as the only watch you bring for traveling or just swap out the strap. Other than that for sub $1500 probably the best value GMT.

MIDO reveiw

I like the watch and plan to keep it. It is thicker than I expected and strap is OK. I was disappointed that my warranty card was not stamped and dated by Teddy since I paid a premium buying from an authorized dealer, the response from Teddy was that it was factory direct shipped so it was not stamped. This was an odd response since I have ordered directly from Hamilton (also Swatch Group owned) and the card was stamped and dated. Hopefully I will not need the warranty as it may be a problem using it with a blank card.

A Hidden Gem

Most people don’t know the name mido. This watch is a Great Value for the money. More beautiful in person with a great Wow factor. Gave this to my son a a graduation present for his Masters degree. He was blown away! My order was processed very quickly , efficiently and the watch arrived about 4 days later. Thank you all at Teddy Baltisarre.
