Little Biskut Thank You Embosser

Called up to ensure they had this in stock. They did, so placed an order so my husband could pick it up. Got it home and it was a Mrs & Mr stamp instead. Then had to take the next day off work to go back and get the right one so it was within opening hours. Very inconvenient. As I wandered around the store looking to purchase more items, The lady that served me told the other co-worker. And she abruptly said was it her fault it was the wrong one. Just found it a-bit rude considering I was still in the store going to spend more money. It’s the only thing I ordered so I don’t know how it could possibly be mistaken.
