Not fit for purpose at all.

I've been a makeup artist for 15 years, I've used a lot of products like this one, but none of them have been as useless as this product. It doesn't ever set. Even with powders on top it smeared all over my eyelids just walking from one end of the house to the other. It's also not possible to get a nice, neat, strong black winged line, it's always kind of patchy and with the powder on top it's even worse. This is really just black lip balm.
