The quality upon seeing and wearing it is very good, however, there was but one problem in the message written on the case which made it so that a letter was cut off from the full text I wanted to see. Just a minor issue, nothing more. Overall 9/10

I have not received this item. I ordered a watch with an engraving on it about 2 months ago. I've tried talking to customer service several times and I'm lucky if I receive an answer. Still today, I am awaiting delivery for my Watch.
