Super happy to have these stones at the shop! The Kitayama #8000 is a soft splash and go stone that can be used to achieve a silky smooth edge or to polish your bevels to a glossy kasumi. Fun stone to experiment with, you can achieve some great results with this one and the feedback is fantastic.

Great stone but I don't recommend if you cut a lot of fatty fish and meat but great for vegetables. Worth every penny
