Disappointed

Genuinely disappointed with my first experience ordering directly from your website. Originally placed the order received the wrong plant in the wrong size. Then instead of just being able to get the plant replaced, I had to get a return and re-order which made me lose my 10% coupon for my first order. The second plant came still not what I was expecting for $80. I purposely ordered from the website because I thought that this plant would come large and exactly what I was looking for and have not been able to find in the store. I buy majority of my plants from Lowe’s and they all are in better condition for way less money and some of them have even been your brand. The second plant has numerous damaged leaves came sopping wet to the point that I’m nervous. It’s not going to survive and barely has any dark leaves like a raven ZZ should. I was extremely excited to order this plant. I’ve wanted it for a while, but didn’t want to spend the money. Finally decided to treat myself and I’m just really disappointed with the whole experience.
