Poor customer services

Good quality but very poor customer services. I bought 2 sets during black Friday sale, but while I was waiting for my delivery, they dropped the prices. I asked to match the price as I haven't received my items yet. They refused to do that. Also one of the set was loose, and I asked for a size down. With all the forms need to be filled for a return and paying for the return shipping, I decided not to bother. Not a good customer services for the price they charge
