This is exactly the flavor I had experienced many years ago in France . I will go for it regularly as this product is for sure one of a handful I was looking for in the States. Glad this garlic sausage is produced in California.

I love your products. The quality is fantastic. Close your eyes, and it feels just like in France... If I had a suggestion, I'd suggest offering the Jambon de Paris in smaller packages. Instead of a whole (10 pds), perhaps 2.5/ 3 pds sizes. For the average consumer, I think it would be better to handle.
