White Truffle Butter

For a luxurious lunch for my husband and me I combined this White Truffle Butter with White Miso and White Soy Sauce as a sauce for a Chilled Soba Noodle Salad with Asparagus, Scallops and Pickled Ginger. My husband was wowed. I won't tell him how quick and easy it was.

This is the real deal. Actual white truffles, not truffle oil.
