SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum (1 oz)

I think this cream may be helpful.I'm not crazy about the texture.The neutral scent is fine. I was told by a dermatologist, it is a good cream. I will continue to use it unless I think something else is better. I like the company. I think they gave me some good advice when I contacted them.

Works great. More long term though. Results are slower and more sustained over time..
