Not the best fit on top

We did the top so that It wasn’t gapping, per a recommendation by one of your employees which I thought was super nice! I did have to purchase the redo and then repay for shipping which added to the total cost being more but I understand that. However when we received the grill it is still not nearly as fitting as the bottom. The left side gaps away from his teeth and you can see it. It just doesn’t fit in snug and if he tries to force them it is uncomfortable. Also, because they were sent at two seperate times the grills do not match in gold. They do look ok together but it is a different shade / maybe not as many line cuts? The ones pictured when I bought them looked like they would match exactly.
