My husband used the shears on both a dorper cross and a merino whether. He said they performed really well and easy to use. We have 4 pet sheep and these shears didn’t startle them at all and the merino didn’t protest or act scared in anyway. So definitely recommend them as low noise and low vibration. We r in our mid 60’s and the shears were easy to use. Highly recommend the shears and HQ company. Will definitely purchase from them again
